HOW TO SLEEP BETTER ?
NEVER DO ANY ACTIVITY BEFORE GOING IN BED:
If you connect your bed time with doing things like checking emails, using your cell phone or watching movies it will be difficult then to sleep in a peace . Try to change your routine if you do these types of activity before going to bed.
UNPLUG:
The light which emitted from computer and television screen disrupts your circadian rhythm and keeps you awake most of the time at night. Disruptions to your circadian rhythm are linked to visions problems , cancer and also sometimes lead to depression which are now considered common problem among all of us.
DON'T EAT LATE NIGHT:
Do not eat or drink too late in night before going to bed. Try to eat at least 2 hours before going to bed. If you eat and go straight to the bed you will feel tired when you wake up and will feel more sleepy. So never eat late night before going to bed. It is not healthy for you it only harms you in different ways.
CHOOSE A BEDTIME:
Firstly decide when you have to wake up in the morning and then go to bed 8 hours before then. It is good to set a night alarm in order to wake exactly after 8 hours. Eight hours sleep is must for a healthy lifestyle .
KEEP A JOURNAL:
Spending just a few minutes to reflect on the positive highlights of the day can transform & keep you motivated all the time. It is the best thing that you can do.
ORGANIZE A TO DO LIST:
Writing down tomorrows priority will clear your mind for the night. Make a list of things that you want to do for next day and then sleep.
TRY TO MEDITATE:
Just couple of minutes breathing will lower your stress of the whole day . It will relax your body and lower your mind so that you can sleep peacefully at night. Meditation is important for one who wants healthy lifestyle.
