Try to change your routine if you do these types of activity before going to bed. UNPLUG: The light which emitted from computer and television screen disrupts your circadian rhythm and keeps you awake most of the time at night. Disruptions to your circadian rhythm are linked to visions problems , cancer and also sometimes lead to depression which are now considered common problem among all of us. DON'T EAT LATE NIGHT: Do not eat or drink too late in night before going to bed. Try to eat at least 2 hours before going to bed. If you eat and go straight to the bed you will feel tired when you wake up and will feel more sleepy. So never eat late night before going to bed.
